January 30, HBIS CPC and Group Chairman Liu Jian met Siemens Global Executive Vice President and Siemens Great China President and CEO Xiao Song in Beijing and discussed to deepen their strategic trust and push steel industry to high end, intelligent and green development.

HBIS Vice President Huang Yongjian, Siemens China Executive Vice President and Digitized Industry Greater China Sales GM Wang Haibin were also in the meeting.

Liu Jian said HBIS was upgrading its products and had released its latest all domain industrial model WeShyper 2.0, leading a green and low carbon development. HBIS was willing to explore more room for collaboration, by taking full advantages of HBIS applications and Siemens technologies. The cooperation will be innovative and showpiece projects in the high quality development of steel industry.

Xiao Song said Siemens and HBIS had been working together very long, achieving great successes in digitization and low carbon development. NOW, AI+Steel initiative is transforming steel industry and Siemens estimates industrial AI could power HBIS applications and enhance its values.
