December 9, HBIS Chairman Liu Jian met Serbian Ambassador to China Maja Stefanovic in Shi Jiazhuang and discussed to strengthen the iron clad friendship between the two countries.

Serbian Embassy First Counselor???Milanka Stojakovic was also in the meeting.

Liu Jian said HBIS would continue to implement the important consensus made by leaders of the two countries and hand in hand with Serbian Government to face external challenges and improve the performance of HBIS Serbia Company. HBIS is developing the Steel Vertical Grand Model and its applications, enhancing its intelligent capabilities of its facilities. In future, HBIS Serbia will be enjoying these capabilities and experiences. HBIS experts and their Serbian colleagues will joint force to solve the difficulties in their production, improve their efficiency, reduce costs and make better performances.

Maja Stefanovic said HBIS Serbia received support from leaders of two countries, and had become an iconic project of the Belt & Road Initiative. HBIS achievement is Serbia is obvious, its company in Serbia has been a leading export in the country and helped the Serbian economy greatly. In future, Serbian government and Serbian Embassy in China as ever, will provide full support to HBIS and give friendly business environment to assist the development of HBIS Serbia.
